In the morning we ate breakfast and we were able to talk to 2 really nice ladies about our missionary work and the Lord-they were staying there at the hotel. The lady who donated the use of the room wasn't there but the kids did make some really cute Thank you cards and we were able to leave them there at the front desk with the other lady.
We then left New Mexico and traveled through many beautiful mountains and although it was desert it was relatively cool. It was overcast all day, with a little drizzle here and there, but it never got over 70 degrees ( lowest temperature being 54).
Traveling with kids there needs to be various projects and things for them to do. They have done their art work, they have taken pictures, they have played with toys, napped and also watched some stuff on the computer and DVD player. The girls are all really good at traveling. One thing that Georgia got into was looking for trains. Every time she either saw a train or she heard one she announced it to the entire car. She ended up counting up to 8 , then she got tired, and went to sleep. She was just really cute.
Here is Valorie resting after she had gotten a nose bleed. Maybe it was just the dry air here and the high altitude. She is really doing fine and she is happy.
We are currently staying at another complimentary hotel in Flagstaff Arizona. The manager donated the hotel's suite. The kids are happy and excited. The kids are going to sing for the hotel personnel in the morning before we take off. They have been practicing.
